Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected carrier, and order size.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees, tariffs, import duties, or customs charges that may apply once the order reaches its destination country.
Returns
- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
- To qualify for a return, products must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated fees, including customs charges for international returns.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same requirements as returns. A new order may be required depending on item availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
